Theo is a European Oak engineered wood parquet flooring featuring a Natural grade for a clean and balanced appearance. It is supplied pre-finished with a UV Oil finish for durability and a natural look. The material is produced in engineered parquet tile format with standard dimensions of 3/4″ thickness and 31-1/2″ by 31-1/2″ tiles. Engineered construction allows installation over plywood or concrete subfloors and supports floating installation methods, including use over radiant heat systems.

Installation Methods
Installation methods vary depending on wood format and site conditions, but here are some general guidelines:
Engineered wood can be installed over plywood or concrete subfloors. 
When planks are particularly wide, gluing and nailing is always good practice if possible.
Floors may also be installed using the floating method. This method is recommended for installation for over radiant heat systems.
