This premium engineered oak flooring is available in both a durable UV lacquer finish for a smooth, low-maintenance surface and an oil finish option for a more natural, matte appearance. Designed with a 4mm wear layer and extra-wide planks, it offers stability and performance, making it ideal for luxury apartments, brownstones, and commercial spaces throughout New York City.

Vero is supplied pre-finished in a UV Lacquer Finish.

Installation methods vary depending on wood format and site conditions, but here are some general guidelines:

Engineered wood can be installed over plywood or concrete subfloors.

When planks are particularly wide, gluing and nailing is always good practice if possible.

Floors may also be installed using the floating method. This method is recommended for installation for over radiant heat systems.
