Castara is a Maple engineered wood wide plank flooring featuring an ABCD (Character) grade for a natural and varied appearance. It is supplied pre-finished with a Satin UV Urethane finish for durability and performance. The planks measure 5/8″ thick, 6-1/2″ wide, with standard lengths that are random up to 73″, with most pieces reaching 73″. Custom milling options such as herringbone and chevron cuts are available, and engineered construction allows installation over plywood or concrete subfloors, including floating installation methods.

Installation Methods
Installation methods vary depending on wood format and site conditions, but here are some general guidelines:

- Floors may also be installed using the floating method. This method is recommended for installation for over radiant heat systems.
