UNFINISHED WOOD FLOORS

Unfinished hardwood is a wood flooring option that has not gone through any finishing process, so there are no lacquers, stains, or finishes on them. These products come in various species, widths, and grades. When you order unfinished hardwood, you will receive the raw material. Unfinished flooring is the canvas that allows full customization down to each individual plank.

Unfinished hardwood comes with many possibilities because you are free to choose your stains, coloring treatments, lacquers, as well as the protective layer that you want on your floor.

While it takes a bit more effort and time to finish the hardwood, the customized results that perfectly match your interior will be rewarding. Thanks to the sanding process, the floors are highly uniform and stable.

PRE-FINISHED WOOD FLOORS

Pre-finished hardwood flooring is a flooring surface that is sanded, stained and sealed at a manufacturer’s facility before it is delivered to a home or business for installation.

Pre-finished hardwood flooring allows you to eliminate the process of finishing a floor on site. Your pre-finished floor is delivered ready for installation. Consequently, installation can be completed much more quickly. Additionally, a pre-finished floor may allow the manufacturer to use stronger sealants that offer additional protection for the floor which may not be available for use on site.
